Return Policy – No Returns Accepted
Thank you for choosing QUIVELLE. Due to the hygienic nature and premium quality standards of our silk bedding, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the product has been shipped.
Please ensure the following before placing your order:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at quivelle@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Note: We cannot process claims for items that have been used, washed, or removed from their vacuum-sealed packaging.
